Job DescriptionPosition OverviewThe Incumbent will lead end-to-end delivery of BI initiatives driving data driven decision-making across the organization. This role combines strong project management capabilities stakeholder and client management experience technical BI expertise and people leadership. The candidate will oversee BI solution design analytics delivery reporting modernization and the successful execution of projects from requirements gathering through ResponsibilitiesBusiness Intelligence & Analytics LeadershipLead the design development and deployment of BI solutions using Tableau Power BI or Qlik analytics initiatives ensuring high-quality dashboards reports and visualizations that enable data-driven data modeling ETL logic understanding KPI frameworks and analytics best with Matillion ETL SQL Snowflake data modeling concepts and working with large data sets Project & Delivery ManagementManage full project lifecycles including planning execution monitoring and and maintain project plans timelines resource models and risk mitigation multiple projects concurrently ensuring on-time and on-budget Gathering & Solution DesignWork closely with clients business partners and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into BI comprehensive solution designs wireframes and technical alignment of technical solutions with business needs and long-term BI & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients building strong and trusted expectations conduct workshops lead presentations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project with executive stakeholders to define objectives success criteria and operational & Proposal ManagementLead the development of RFP responses including solution outlines delivery approaches costing and pre-sales efforts with client proposals demonstrations and capability & Team ManagementLead mentor and grow a team of BI analysts developers and data talent development performance management and capability a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous Quality & Best PracticesEstablish BI delivery standards coding guidelines and review governance around data quality documentation and change best practices in visualization storytelling and analytical Skills & ExperienceTechnical SkillsHands-on expertise in Tableau Power BI or Qlik Sense (at least one is mandatory; multiple preferred).Strong understanding of data analytics visualization principles and BI with Matillion ETL SQL Snowflake data modeling concepts and working with large data sets Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) is a & Client Management812 years of experience in BI analytics or data-related track record in project management including Agile or Waterfall communication presentation and stakeholder management managing client-facing engagements workshops and strategic capability in leading teams mentoring talent and driving to work in fast-paced environments prioritize effectively and manage competing CompetenciesStrategic thinking and the ability to design scalable BI problem-solving skills and a data-driven written and verbal communication.

Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Analytics Engineering Business or related Management certifications (PMP Scrum Master) are a plus.
