Having just won Campaign Briefs Media Agency of the Year we are now excited to invite applications for the role of Client Associate with our awesome team in Perth.
The role:
A Client Associate is an entry-level role in the dentsu WA account services team. Acting as the operational backbone youll ensure campaigns are delivered accurately on time and within budget while building strong foundational knowledge of the Australian media landscape.
Youll work closely with the Client Executive and broader team supporting campaign execution financial processes and reporting while developing your media career in a fast-paced agency environment.
Core responsibilities:
Support campaign delivery ensuring activity is executed accurately and on time
Assist with invoicing bookings and campaign reconciliations using industry systems (e.g. SMD)
Maintain media schedules and campaign trackers to keep everything running smoothly
Help prepare reports by gathering performance data across media channels
Contribute to media planning through research competitor analysis and audience insights
Coordinate campaign materials with creative and media partners
A Bit About You:
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers or data
Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Curious about media advertising and how campaigns come to life
Comfortable working with Excel PowerPoint
Experience & Qualifications:
01 year experience in media marketing or advertising (internships or graduate roles welcome)
Degree in Marketing Media Communications Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
Basic understanding of media channels (TV radio digital social search)
Exposure to tools like SMD Nielsen OzTAM or Roy Morgan is advantageous but not essential
