We are recruiting on behalf of a client for the medical device industry seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across specialised healthcare portfolios including Gastrointestinal & Respiratory Endo Therapy Infection Prevention and Capital Equipment. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven individual who thrives in a clinical environment and enjoys engaging with healthcare professionals to deliver value-based solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians nursing staff procurement teams and hospital management.
- Conduct product demonstrations in-servicing and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Support clinical procedures where required to ensure optimal product usage.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
- Manage capital equipment sales cycles from prospecting through to closing.
- Prepare quotations tenders and pricing proposals in line with company standards.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts CRM data and market feedback reports.
- Monitor competitor activity and support product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory ethical and healthcare governance requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Medical Sciences Nursing Biomedical Engineering Sales or a related field.
- Relevant clinical or technical certification advantageous.
- Minimum 35 years experience in medical device sales or a related healthcare environment.
- Proven sales track record preferably within endoscopy infection prevention or capital equipment.
- Strong understanding of hospital environments procurement processes and healthcare systems.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with healthcare professionals and provide clinical support.
- Strong organisational problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid drivers license required.
