Lead Cyber Security Architect

The Lead Cyber Security Architect will play a critical role in shaping and delivering advanced cyber security solutions across the Resideo this high-impact position you will drive innovation in security architecture enabling breakthrough and disruptive technologies while ensuring the protection of our products systems and data.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge security capabilities embedding security across our technology landscape. As part of this you will monitor emerging threats and industry trends proactively anticipating risks and applying innovative approaches to strengthen and evolve our architecture.

The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities coupled with deep expertise in security principles policies and regulatory compliance. You will be comfortable operating in complex and ambiguous environments providing clear direction and influencing stakeholders to deliver secure scalable and forward-looking solutions.

JOB DUTIES:

• Act as a thought leader in cyber security championing best practices and innovative solutions that enhance the organisations security posture.
• Monitor and anticipate future security trends leveraging this knowledge to influence and adapt security strategies ensuring they remain robust and effective.
• Drive the development of security strategiesand roadmaps ensuring a cohesive and forward-thinking approach to all security initiatives.
• Develop and implementreferencesecurity architectures that align with organisational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy advanced security controls ensuring compliance withcompany andindustry standards.
• Act as a mentor providing guidance and support to junior cyber security professionalsin organisation.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 3 years of experience in a lead cyber securityarchitectureroleor 6 years of progressive experience in cyber security architecture
• In-depth knowledge of cyber security technologies frameworks and best practices.
• Up to date knowledge of current and emerging security threats techniques for exploiting security vulnerabilitiessecurity controls andstandards ®ulations.
• Excellent communication and ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to lead indirect reports by influence.
