Duties & Responsibilities

Job & Company Description:

As an Industrial Engineer you will be responsible for analysing improving and implementing efficient production processes to enhance operational performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive cost reduction initiatives optimise workflows and support overall productivity improvements.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic operational decisions while gaining exposure to a dynamic and growth-focused engineering environment.

Education:

BEng / BSc / BTech in Industrial Engineering

Job Experience & Skills Required:

15 years experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong understanding of:
- Lean Manufacturing principles
- Continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma / Kaizen advantageous)
Experience with process optimisation and workflow analysis
Ability to conduct time studies and capacity planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level advantageous)
Experience working with ERP systems (advantageous)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
