職務概要

Emerging Enterprise Account Executiveは日本国内の中堅大手企業を対象に新規ビジネスの創出と既存顧客の拡大を担う重要なポジションです

本ポジションでは主にパートナー経由での営業活動を中心にSales EngineerBDRRenewalsPartnerチームなどのクロスファンクショナルな組織と連携しながら戦略的なアカウントマネジメントを推進していただきます

主な業務内容

パートナー主導の営業モデルを通じて担当エンタープライズアカウントの拡大成長を推進
既存顧客のRenewalおよびUpsell / Cross-sell機会の創出
パートナーおよび社内関係者と連携した戦略的アカウントプランニング
BDRやパートナーと連携した新規案件創出
Sales EngineerRenewalsPartnerチームとの協業
Salesforceを活用したパイプライン管理およびForecast運営
MEDDPICCなどUiPath営業手法の活用

応募要件Must Have

IT業界での営業経験
部門部署間を横断したコミュニケーション能力
タイムマネジメント能力
SalesforceなどCRM利用経験
Automation First / AI活用への興味関心

歓迎要件Nice to Have

パートナー営業経験
AE BDRRenewalConsultingなどのバックグラウンド
IT商材の営業経験 (B2B B2C問わず)
英語に抵抗がない方

毎週月曜日夕方にチームミーティング実施
定期的な1on1実施
