Occupational Therapist - Home HealthPlans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical social and mental functions while meeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.

requirement:

Day Shift 5 x 8s M - F 0800 - 1600. Mus know HCHB and have at least one year of HH experience as an OT. No Call and no weekends. Mileage reimbursement according to government mileage and Work Experience:Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredValid Drivers License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older: Required
