Job Summary
SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. San Diego CA
Pay: $20$25/hour (based on performance & reliability)
Schedule: Part-time to Full-time Primarily Weekdays
Location: San Diego County (travel between jobs required)

Responsibilities
- Residential and move-out cleaning
- Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
- Cleaning kitchens bathrooms floors dusting and detailed finishing work
- Following SD Sparkle cleaning standards and checklists
- Working independently or as part of a small team
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual (very important to us)
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to clean for several hours
- Comfortable working in occupied and vacant homes
- Able to follow instructions and checklists
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Cleaning experience is a plus but not required we train the right people
Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
