Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career looking to gain hands-on experience in the communications field. The successful candidate will work closely with the communications team to support a variety of projects aimed at enhancing internal and external communications boosting brand awareness and facilitating effective information flow within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and distribution of internal and external communications materials.
- Manage and update content on social media platforms and company websites.
- Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns and events.
- Draft proofread and edit press releases newsletters and other communications documents.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular communication reports.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
