Supply Chain Coordinator

About this opportunity

This is a busy varied coordination role that sits at the heart of our site operations. Youll provide essential administrative and coordination support across supply chain procurement and day-to-day site activitieshelping ensure materials orders and suppliers are all aligned.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Assist with ordering and coordinating raw materials (resin) and deliveries
• Work with suppliers and external partners to track orders and resolve day-to-day queries
• Monitor inventory movements and support stocktakes
• Raise purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
• Help manage site consumables office supplies and general purchasing
• Support supplier setup and data management in SAP
• Assist with basic production scheduling and tracking
• Monitor open and overdue orders
• Help maintain accurate data in planning systems
• Provide general admin support across the site (printing organising coordination tasks)
• Support site facilities coordination contractors and day-to-day office needs (e.g. catering visitors logistics cleaning contractor management etc.)
• Assist with reporting and tracking of key metrics

• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability to change
• A proactive happy to help attitude
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word)
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams
• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Resourceful reliable and motivated
