Job Summary

EXTENDED SCHOOL YEAR- OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST OR CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT

DATES:July 6 2026 - July 30 2026 (Monday through Thursday)

TIMES:Staff Time: 8:30AM-12:30PM (Student Time: 9:00AM-12:00PM)

SALARY:Per Terms of Employment for Non-Union Personnel

LOCATION:Fairview Elementary School

Provide direct services as noted in the IEP
Consultation with program staff
Ongoing data collection monitoring
Provide an End of Program summary
Report to the Special Education Coordinators and Director of Special Education.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduated and completed fieldwork requirements from an occupational therapy program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) or predecessor organizations.
2. Has passed National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) examination.
3. Fulfills state requirements for licensure certification or registration.
