Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree and required substitute teaching license (short-call long-call lifetime or Tier 3 or Tier 4).

Please apply online and attention application materials to Angel Lussier Human Resources Supervisor. Once your teaching license is verified you will be sent a background check link. Once your background check is approved you will be invited to an in-person interview. Interviews will be held in Augustslots are assigned on a first come-first serve basis and there will only be one date available in August. If you are not available to interview in August please wait to submit your application to Substitute Teach in September. Selected applicants will complete in-person paperwork (bring your drivers license and social security card) on site following the interview. Substitutes will then be entered into SmartFind our substitute management system and can begin substitute teaching starting Tuesday September 1 2025. At this time the decision as to whether there will be mandator (paid) substitute training has not been made.
