Requirements -Warehouse Technician / Machine Operator:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Applicants must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the job.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills -Warehouse Technician / Machine Operator:
- Experience in manufacturing or willing to train
- Experience operating machinery
- Skill using and maintaining metalworking tools (e.g. drill press chop saw subcompact band saw)
- Experience with forklift operation
- Experience with inventory management
What Youll Do -Warehouse Technician / Machine Operator:
- Operate machinery and fabricate lightning protection components.
- Product assembly.
- Monitoring inventory of raw materials.
- Minimizing waste.
- Driving to pick up and deliver materials.
- Keeping accurate production records.
- Performing routine maintenance/cleaning of machinery and production areas
- Developing and sustaining a lean manufacturing environment (e.g. point of use storage 5s/organized workplace) and packing/shipping/receiving goods.
