Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and officials.
- Generate health insurance business through assigned bank branches.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Lead generation through walk-in customers and bank database.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain suitable health insurance products.
- Cross-sell and upsell health insurance policies to bank customers.
- Ensure proper customer service and policy documentation.
- Conduct training and motivation activities for bank employees.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update management regularly.
- Build long-term customer relationships for renewals and references.
- Ensure compliance with company and IRDA guidelines.
Desired Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Insurance / Bancassurance / Banking Sales.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales-oriented with target achievement mindset.
- Candidate with health insurance experience will be preferred.
- Strong presentation and customer handling skills.
- Local market knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Male/Female candidates can apply.
