Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Emergency Room for an exciting Travel or Local job in Ganado AZ.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct emergency nursing care to patients with acute and life-threatening conditions
• Perform rapid patient assessments triage and prioritize care based on severity
• Administer medications IV therapy and emergency treatments as ordered
• Assist with emergency procedures resuscitations and trauma care
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status
• Document patient assessments interventions and outcomes accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians respiratory therapists and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with emergency department protocols safety standards and infection control policies
• Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain readiness and efficiency in a high-pressure emergency environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona or compact state
• Current BLS ACLS and PALS certifications required
• Minimum of 12 years of recent Emergency Room (ER) experience required
• Experience in Critical Access or rural hospital settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-stress fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to patient safety and high-quality emergency care
