RPA Sr Developer

Position Description:

. 6 yrs Expereince
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
.Minimum of 4 years of experience as an RPA Developer with hands-on involvement in designing developing and deploying automation solutions for enterprise-scale projects.
.Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism along with experience in scripting languages like Python C# or Java.
.Strong data analysis skills using tools like Excel SQL or other reporting tools to support automation processes and data-driven insights.
.Ability to translate business requirements into automation workflows and design process solutions that align with business goals and optimize operations.
.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process inefficiencies recommend automation opportunities and resolve technical challenges.
.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present complex automation concepts in a clear business-friendly manner.
.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment adapting to changing priorities as needed.
