Lets talk about you
- Identify the best points to intervene in the normal customer flow (i.e. where customers receive no special communication from Aussie) to unlock incremental value from existing customers and build sustained loyaltyreducing churn risk.
- Identify and implement incremental value opportunities via customer up-sell and cross-sell by targeting priority customers/cohorts with the highest value potential and/or churn risk defining a clear customer value proposition and partnering with Marketing and Digital teams to build and optimise automated programs (e.g. email and direct marketing).
- Liaise closely with commercial teams to model optimised business outcomes
- Identify Product Bundling Opportunities to maximise value for our customers.
- Work closely with NBN and other partners data programs to gain customer insights and opportunities.
- Utilisation of other available data to generate insights for more effective decision-making
- Working with commercial and compliance teams to make sure we align with regulatory requirements for our promotions discounts and other marketing activity.
- Conducting and responding to market research and industry trends
