Salary Range: $1500 - $1800 USD ($) per month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and depends on the candidates interview result skills and experience.)

About the Role: Our client is hiring a creative and detail-oriented Creative Marketing Assistant / VA to support day-to-day creative execution and administrative tasks across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on graphic design and video editing skills but also enjoys supporting a founder operationally. Youll help create marketing assets schedule content assist with campaign execution and provide general virtual assistant support where needed.

The role does not require a highly senior creative as external oversight on designs may still be involved. However the ideal person should have solid technical creative skills strong initiative and the ability to execute quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Support

• Create graphics and marketing assets for campaigns and social media
• Edit short-form videos and marketing content
• Schedule content and support campaign execution
• Assist with creative production from start to finish
• Maintain organized creative assets and workflows

Marketing & Campaign Assistance

• Support campaign coordination and execution
• Work alongside the Marketing Operations Manager on deliverables
• Help ensure projects remain on schedule
• Assist with content organization and publishing workflows

VA & Administrative Support

• Assist with emails and general admin tasks
• Help troubleshoot Shopify-related issues and account access
• Provide day-to-day support to the founder as needed
• Help keep operations organized and moving efficiently

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong graphic design experience
• Video editing experience for social and marketing content
• Comfortable using Canva Adobe Creative Suite CapCut or similar tools
• Experience scheduling and supporting marketing campaigns
• Organized and capable of multitasking
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with Shopify is a plus
• Strong communication and responsiveness
