About the Role: Our client is looking for a highly organized hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to work directly with the founder and help scale the operational side of the business. This person will become the backbone of marketing execution ensuring campaigns creative projects automations and systems run smoothly from start to finish.

This is not just a coordination role. The ideal candidate is proactive quick-minded eager to grow and capable of managing multiple moving parts without needing constant oversight. Youll work closely with the founder external creatives and contractors while helping build structure and operational efficiency across the business.

The right person thrives in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments and enjoys turning chaos into systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations & Project Management

• Own marketing projects and campaigns from concept through execution
• Coordinate timelines deliverables and workflows across the business
• Manage projects inside Asana and ensure deadlines are met
• Build and improve SOPs and operational workflows
• Help create scalable marketing systems and automations
• Ensure smooth communication between creative marketing and operational functions

Campaign & Growth Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Support company growth initiatives and operational improvements
• Monitor campaign execution and ensure all moving parts stay aligned
• Collaborate with the creative support role to maintain brand consistency

Founder & Administrative Support

• Act as a reliable right-hand support person to the founder
• Assist with emails Shopify support account troubleshooting and admin-related tasks
• Help manage priorities and keep day-to-day operations organized
• Maintain responsiveness and strong communication throughout the workday

Qualifications & Skills:

• 510 years of experience in marketing operations project management or campaign coordination
• Strong experience with Asana or similar project management platforms
• Experience developing SOPs and operational systems
• Understanding of marketing workflows campaign management and automation tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience supporting founders or entrepreneurial businesses is highly preferred
