Get ready for an exciting role as part of our growing team in Poland! Working alongside our amazing Polish team youll be our go-to person for all things community and marketing in the Polish market. Your mission To grow and strengthen HOLYs presence in Poland - taking our existing community to the next level.

Youll take charge of:

• Moderating and managing our Polish community channels across key platforms.
• Growing the HOLY Squad through engaging community initiatives while serving as the first point of contact for Squad members handling order inquiries resolving issues and making every interaction feel personal and on-brand.
• Collaborating with creators and agencies to produce fresh local content for paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
• Adapting and translating global content for the Polish market ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency.
• Working closely with central marketing teams to localize and execute campaigns that truly land in Poland.

1. Get-to-Know Call (30 min) You will get to know our team. We will present the job opportunity and discuss your motivation and experience.
2. Hiring Manager Interview (30 min) Youll meet Piotr our Country Manager Poland to go deeper on your background ambitions and how youd drive our growth on the Polish market.
3. Peer interview with Inga: You will get to know Inga our Marketing Manager and your direct supervisor.
4. Case Study & Team day (90 min) Once the first interviews go well youll receive a short case study and come into our Berlin HQ to discuss it. Youll also meet peers and potential direct reports to get a feel for the team and culture.
