About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citcos core business and ouralternative asset and accounting service is one of the industrys mostrespected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions meansour people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Oversee client service delivery and monitor service provision to agreed standards for key clients.
- Formulate and implement key client service programs.
- Liaise internally with all operational areas to ensure awareness of all key client requirements.
- Visit clients on a periodic basis to evaluate service quality and identify client priorities.
- Assist in the resolution of complex client issues.
- You will manage escalations and complaints within the team and within the department.
- Manage train and assist assigned Senior Account Managers in the successful running of their teams.
- Participate in the review of procedures and policies and supervision of VPs to ensure adherence to these procedures.
- Participate in client conference calls.
- Liaise with clients regarding reporting requirements and deadlines ensuring delivery in an accurate and timely manner.
- Responsible for continuous risk assessment of current and potential new funds under administration.
- Identify issues/concerns and recommend company wide solutions for any/all high risk projects.
- Responsible for managing operational risks - monthly reporting on status reports and key development issues.
- Demonstrate proactive approach to industry and regulatory changes and the development and promotion within Citco Fund Services.
- Participate in and will be leading projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business.
Qualifications
About You:
- BBS in Accounting/Finance or related discipline or profesional accounting designation (ACA CIMA ACCA).
- 7-10 years of expereince in Financial Services preferably with exposure to Product Control Operations or Fund Accounting environments.
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of Private Equity Fund Accounting.
- Demonstrate skills in negotiation business planning and budgeting margin analysis rating agency relations and technical accounting.
- Familiar with Investran or other Private Equity software packages highly advantageous.
- Experienced in developing/implementing/optimising business processes and projects.
- Knowledge of International GAAP/IFRS Accounting Principles.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and have supervisory experience.
- Superior in written and verbal communication.
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel).
