The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and clinical support to the Medical Director in an outpatient behavioural health practice. This role requires a medical graduate (MBBS) with strong organizational skills clinical insight and the ability to manage sensitive patient information in compliance with U.S. healthcare regulations. The assistant will serve as a trusted partner ensuring smooth coordination of patient care compliance activities and operational priorities.

What you will do
- Responsibilities include: managing schedules and meetings preparing reports and treatment documentation coordinating with therapists and staff ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations and serving as a trusted liaison for patients and external partners.
- Qualifications: MBBS degree 24 years of healthcare or behavioral health experience proficiency in EHR systems and MS Office and a commitment to confidentiality and patient care.
