Overview
Director Finance will provide strategic leadership and oversight for budget and financial management. This role ensures statutory financial compliance & coordination with regulatory bodies while aligning financial strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Directs and controls budgeting financial forecasting and project evaluation activities. Develop and implement budgetary policies and guidelines to meet short and long-term financial goals.
Lead the development of annual budget business plans and forecasts
Direct supervision and detailed tracking and analysis of all budget/financial heads; preparing variance reports/ analysis and dashboards (Financial & Operational) with prudent recommendations for improvements.
Financial/Business analysis of various projects with the support and development of financial models for decision support/recommendations with the aid of (including but not limited to) market research data mining business intelligence and valuation comparisons.
Ensure accurate and timely budget accounting and financial management of.
Provide precise financial reporting to all internal and external stakeholders including Drawing & Disbursement Management.
Maintain statutory financial compliance with PFM PAO Regulations and Fund Regulations.
Lead effective coordination with the Finance Division FBR and related bodies to operationalize statutory implications.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with multinational companies and/or large public/private sector organizations.
At least 2 years as Director Finance.
Experience in an organization with technology focus and enablement will be preferred
CFO level experience will be an added advantage.

Define financial vision set objectives and ensure financial compliance through strategic leadership and decision-making.
Oversee financial reporting fund allocation and statutory compliance to maintain robust budget and financial management.
Lead financial discussions agreements and stakeholder collaborations with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Utilize financial analytics to drive informed decision-making optimize policies and assess risk management strategies.
Advanced user of Office tools with excellent command on Excel PowerPoint and other BI tools
Attention to detail. Effective Negotiation skills & Influencing Skills
Education Requirements
Bachelors degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration with specialization in Finance or a related field from national or foreign university recognized by HEC.
Qualified CA certification is mandatory
Financial certification from an accredited institution will be preferred
