Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and relationship-driven Account Executives to drive new business development within a collaborative and highly tenured team environment. This role focuses on building long-term client partnerships developing new business opportunities and delivering consultative talent solutions across assigned territories. The ideal candidate is an energetic and self-directed sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships while working autonomously with strong internal team support.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development efforts within the assigned territory
- Build manage and grow long-term client relationships
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective business opportunities
- Manage full-cycle sales activities from prospecting through closing
- Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to deliver client talent solutions
- Conduct client meetings presentations and business development outreach
- Identify new market opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand hiring needs and business goals
- Track sales activity pipeline progress and revenue opportunities
- Represent a consultative and relationship-focused sales approach
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of sales or business development experience required
- Proven success in generating new business and growing client relationships
- Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced team-oriented settings
- Strong organizational and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and initiative
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and sales activities simultaneously
Preferred Backgrounds
- Staffing industry experience preferred
- Experience within Accounting & Finance staffing strongly preferred
- Additional staffing backgrounds considered include IT HR administrative or engineering
- B2B sales experience outside of staffing may also be considered
- Experience managing a book of business or client portfolio preferred
- Relationship-based and consultative sales experience is highly valued
