Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our organization by providing valuable insights and analysis on business operations financial performance and market trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis data management and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes financial data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities

- Develop and maintain reports dashboards and other tools to monitor and track key performance indicators

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data and provide recommendations for business decisions

- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency

- Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives

- Conduct research on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies

- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel Tableau or Power BI

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Project management experience is a plus
