About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Control and Risk Management (CCRM) Team Leader to join a dynamic international team in Lisbon. This position is ideal for candidates with strong compliance and risk management expertise leadership experience and excellent communication skills in both English and French.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Compliance Control and Risk Management team.
- Monitor operational compliance processes and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Manage team performance coaching and development.
- Identify risks analyze issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure quality standards and KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve compliance operations.
- Prepare reports and provide operational insights to management.
Requirements
- Mandatory previous experience in Compliance Control and Risk Management (CCRM).
- Previous team management or leadership experience.
- Fluent English and French required (C1 or native level preferred).
- French B2 may be considered if communication skills are strong.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
- Candidate must already be living in Portugal.
Work Model
- First month fully on-site in Lisbon.
- After successful onboarding and autonomy in the role transition to a 50/50 hybrid model may be possible.

- Salary Range: competitive
- Meal Allowance: 12 per working day
