Hospice Nurse RN Night Shift

Hourly Pay Range: $43 - $54/hour based on experience

Per-Diem Hours:the shift is 4pm 8am only no fixed days pick up when you are available

The Opportunity: We are on the lookout for adedicated and empathetic Night Shift Hospice Nurse (RN) tojoin our family. This role is more than a job its a calling. Here youllhave the unique opportunity to provide comfort and support to individuals andtheir families during some of their most challenging times.

We are looking for an RN available to work 4pm 8amper-diem (no fixed schedule) triaging calls and visitinghospice patients throughout the shift.

Your Role and Impact:

• Work on-call from 4pm 8am onlypick up shifts when you are available
• Triage all phone calls received through our answering service between 4pm and 8am for Broad Reach Hospice patients.
• Visit hospice patients as required for patient/family support and support of day nursing staff. Provide expert nursing care symptom management and emotional support tailored to each patients needs.

Who You Are:

• A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts experience in hospice or palliative care is preferred but not required.
• Compassion with a deep understanding of the emotional complexities involved in end-of-life care.
• An exceptional communicator and a strong advocate for patient and family needs.
• A team player who collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
