• Wednesday & Thursday: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

• Tuesday Friday & Saturday: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM

We areseekinga compassionate and detail-oriented Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our senior living this role you willassistresidents with the self-administration of medications while supporting their daily living an important part in ensuringresidentsafety dignity and overall quality of life.

WhatYoullDo:

• Assist residents with self-administration of medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.

• Prepare and complete medication passes accurately and safely.

• Maintain up-to-date medication records and ensure physician orders are current.

• Monitor for expired medications and properly dispose of them per policy.

• Order medications and coordinate deliveries as needed.

• Observe and report changes in residents physical or emotional condition.

• Support residents withactivities of daily living(ADLs) when needed.

• Respond promptly to resident needs including emergency calls.

• Maintain a clean organized and compliant medication room.

• Ensureresident roomsare free of unauthorized medications.

• Document care and daily tasks using electronic systems.

• Communicate effectively with residents families and care team members.

• Assistwith meals andmaintaina clean dining environment.

• Follow infection control safety procedures and resident rights policies.

• Provide supportive care for residents with dementia or mental health needs.

• Supervise caregivers in medication-related tasks underdirectionof the Charge Nurse.

• Participate in ongoing training in-services and team meetings

WhatYoullNeed to Succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Mustbe at least 18 years old.

• Current Medication Aide/Med Tech certification (as required by state).

• Previouscaregiving or CNA experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medication protocols.

• Excellent communication and observation skills.

• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergencies.

• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

• Compassionate patient and professional demeanor.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Current Adult First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).

• Ability to pass background checks (DOJ/FBI or state equivalent).

• Completion of health screening and TB test asrequired.

• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

• Commitment to completing required monthly training.
