Job Description: Help Desk Technician at Vitable Health
Vitable Health is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our team and provide technical support to our employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing first level contact and ticket resolution for technical issues
- Monitoring and responding quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
- Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Installing and configuring computer systems and applications
- Ensuring security and privacy of systems and data
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Experience working with remote desktop applications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office Suite
Salary & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $50000 to $60000 annually. The selected candidate will also be eligible for benefits such as health insurance paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
