As a Lead Design Engineer you will take ownership of complex engineering projects transforming customer requirements into innovative high-quality designs that make a real-world impact.

This role offers a unique blend of technical leadership customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration. You will guide projects from concept through executionbalancing performance cost and timelineswhile working closely with manufacturing supply chain and quality teams. Your background

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in power transformer design engineering.
• Proven ability to lead complex engineering design projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally in collaborative environments.
• Commitment to continuous learning and applying innovative engineering approaches.
