Senior Electrical Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to take on a key leadership role within a multidisciplinary engineering team. This position leads projects from concept through construction provides technical direction mentors junior staff and collaborates across disciplines to deliver highquality clientfocused engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise strong leadership capabilities and the confidence to work directly with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering projects from initial concept through construction completion
• Manage project teams schedules budgets and technical deliverables
• Serve as the primary client-facing engineer and trusted technical advisor
• Provide technical leadership to ensure accuracy quality and engineering excellence
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and support staff
• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes standards and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) Required
• 10 years of experience in an A/E consulting environment
• Strong expertise in electrical system design and engineering
• Proven experience managing projects from concept through completion
• Demonstrated leadership experience including team supervision and mentoring
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary project coordination
• Excellent communication and clientfacing skills

Will relocate

• This role is part of a MultiMarket team working across commercial education aviation hospitality entertainment and federal projects
• Candidates must have building design experience (core requirement)
• Preferred experience in commercial education aviation hospitality entertainment or federal sectors
• Candidates with healthcare or industrial project experience will also be considered
• Client is strict on requiring an active PE license (non-negotiable)
• Looking for a true leader not just a senior designer must manage teams and interface with clients
• Strong preference for candidates from MEP / consulting engineering firms
• Must have experience managing projects end-to-end (design execution delivery)
