Please review the following job description:

Provide oversight of all client facing servicing documents such as letters statements and emails. Support business partners with change management i.e. state investor regulatory requirements for letters and billing statements. Collaborate with Legal Compliance Client Experience technology partners and print vendors to get right documentation delivered on-time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Manage all client facing Servicing and Default LOB communications. Work with business partners to fulfill change management (investor insurer regulatory and compliance) requests for letters emails and billing statements.
2. Work closely with EIS (technology partners) to provide data mapping for all communications research data files and programming gaps and prioritization within an agile environment to support sprints and releases.
3. Responsible for reconciliation of all letters emails and billing statements across all Servicing and Default business lines.
4. Test for nightly releases frequency of releases depends on urgency of deliverables.
5. Provide vendor oversight. Review and approve vendor invoices participate in monthly governance meetings to provide feedback and review scorecard. Work with print vendor to reconcile any gap within automated process. Work with Vendor Management business partners to review contracts and revise agreements as needed.
6. Work with Servicing Client Experience team to identify opportunities for improved client communication.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. College Degree with 3 years or seven years or more of experience in Mortgage Industry or equivalent education and related training or experience.
2. Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to fully identify client and LOB needs
3. Strong analytical skills required.
4. Ability to flex and adapt to constantly shifting priorities in a fast paced and ever changing environment
5. Ability to produce results by stretching for what is ideal in the long run and settling for what is doable in the short term.
6. Ability to collaborate with all levels of teammates to bring projects to fruition.
7. Basic computer navigation and keyboarding skills including ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple systems
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Project management or analysis experience.
