Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes and improve efficiency
- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of implemented strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify potential opportunities for the company
- Assist in the development and implementation of new business initiatives
- Provide support and guidance to other team members on business analysis techniques and tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field
- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize and analyze large amounts of data
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel and Tableau
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements
- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
