Responsibilities
  • Lead Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans including scope objectives timelines and resource allocation to be shared with clients and internal teams.

  • Manage Project Lifecycle: Oversee all aspects of the implementation process from kickoff to go-live ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope and budget.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients providing regular project updates managing expectations and building strong trusted relationships.

  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal resources technical teams and third-party vendors to ensure efficient project execution.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues escalating them to management as needed.

  • Drive Customer Success and Adoption: Act as a customer advocate ensuring the implementation is aligned with their business goals to drive initial value. Proactively manage the client relationship to set them up for long-term success and reduce the risk of future churn.

  • Client Enablement: Organize and facilitate client training and onboarding sessions to ensure successful user adoption and a smooth transition to the customer success team.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain thorough project documentation including status reports project plans and change

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science a related field or relevant industry experience.

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in project management specifically within a SaaS or technology company.

  • Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of software implementation projects.

  • A strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering positive business outcomes for clients.

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with project management software such as Jira.

  • Language: Fluency in English and German is required; additional language skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certification is a plus.

  • Experience with end user compute or digital employee experience implementations.

  • Direct experience in a customer success account management or a consulting role.

  • Software project management background with an understanding of project management and tracking tools including Jira Sharepoint and Confluence.

  • Proven track record managing a Professional Services portfolio
