Angel Ventures is seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Analyst to support cross-functional initiatives across the firm including investment operations strategic projects portfolio support and internal process management.

This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and interest in venture capital startups and innovation ecosystems. The selected candidate will work closely with leadership and multiple teams to help coordinate projects track deliverables improve workflows and support decision-making processes.

This position offers exposure to venture capital operations startup ecosystems and strategic initiatives within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Reporting Line: This position reports directly to senior leadership and collaborates across investment operations and portfolio teams.

Tasks

Project Management & Coordination

• Support planning coordination and execution of internal strategic projects.
• Track timelines deliverables and project milestones across teams.
• Assist in documenting processes and improving operational workflows.
• Prepare presentations reports and meeting follow-ups for internal stakeholders.
• Operations & Business Support
• Help manage administrative and operational initiatives across the firm.
• Support data organization reporting and dashboard maintenance.
• Coordinate communication with external vendors founders and partners when needed.
• Assist with research and analysis for internal initiatives and investment-related projects.
• Portfolio & Ecosystem Support
• Collaborate in monitoring portfolio company updates and performance tracking.
• Support preparation of internal materials summaries and market research.
• Conduct industry and startup ecosystem research across Latin America.

Requirements

Qualification

• 13 years of experience in consulting project management startups operations venture capital or related environments.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience using project management or productivity tools is a plus (Notion Asana Monday Airtable etc.).
• Interest in startups entrepreneurship innovation and venture capital.
