We are searching for the best talent for Inventory Analyst II

Purpose:

• Perform cycle counts as per procedures as well as prepares and analyze various reports such as Cycle count adherence production report inventory accuracy etc.

• Responsible for monitoring right levels of inventory dispose materials as per the RID procedures

You will be responsible for:

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Monitor inventory levels in the various plant vault location(s) and manage obsolete inventory.

• Support inventory accuracy objectives of 95% by supporting cycle counting process.

• Adjust inventory for materials used for projects SMRs and evaluation material.

• Ensure compliance to the quality policy in all activities

• Perform other jobs as required.

• Follow current compliance regulations and standards.

• Ensure safe working conditions and practices in department.

• WIP reports vs. Production plan.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• B.S. degree or equivalent in technical business logistics or engineering

• Approximate experience or equivalent knowledge and skills necessary to satisfactorily perform the position responsibilities.

• 2 4 years of related experience.

• Strong computer skills

• Good communication skills to interface with manufacturing engineering materials management quality

  control purchasing customs and all other departments as needed.

• Working knowledge of PC applications and software (MS Windows Excel etc.).

• Good basic math skills

• Knowledge of ERP Systems concept ( MRP)

• Previous clerical experience desired

• Previous manufacturing experience desired

• Basic English writing and reading skills preferred.
