Job Summary

The client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product planning and execution for large-scale digital and IT transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering user-centric digital products managing product roadmaps and working within Agile environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams stakeholders and leadership to define product vision prioritize requirements and ensure alignment with organizational strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle
Gather analyze and prioritize product and customer requirements
Define and communicate product vision and strategy
Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business priorities
Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and product requirements
Manage product backlogs prioritization and release planning
Conduct product discovery and stakeholder engagement activities
Lead product demos roadmap sessions and stakeholder updates
Ensure products align with organizational objectives and user needs
Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions
Define and track KPIs and success metrics for products

Must-Have Requirements

5 years of Product Management experience in IT or digital services
Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation projects and user-centric products
Strong hands-on experience with Agile Scrum Lean methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
Experience managing product roadmaps backlogs release planning and prioritization
Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and actionable product requirements
Strong experience defining product vision strategy KPIs and success metrics
Excellent communication stakeholder management facilitation and presentation skills
Experience leading product demos roadmap sessions and executive updates
Knowledge of OPS IT governance digital accessibility and cybersecurity standards is an asset
