Job Summary
Job Title: AI Power Platform Engineer
Location: Charlotte NC(Hybrid) (open to relocation candidates)
Job Type: Contract W2
A low-code / Power Platform background with strong Copilot Studio experience or
A more technical engineering background involving APIs cloud infrastructure AI platforms or AI Foundry integrations.
What matters most is hands-on current experience building in Copilot Studio today understanding the platforms rapid evolution and the ability to deliver working solutions quickly.
Build and configure AI agents copilots workflows and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Design conversational and agentic experiences leveraging enterprise data APIs and business workflows
Integrate Copilot Studio solutions with:
Power Platform
Power Automate
Custom APIs
Enterprise systems
AI Foundry services
LLM-based tools and skills
Configure rules orchestration logic triggers actions connectors and tool usage within Copilot Studio
Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven business solutions
Help define scalable AI development lifecycle (ADLC) standards governance patterns and deployment methodologies
Collaborate with AI platform security infrastructure and DevSecOps teams
Support secure deployment practices in a segmented enterprise environment
Contribute to evaluation frameworks security validation and AI operational standards
Translate business problems into deployable AI-enabled workflows and copilots
Participate in architecture discussions around agentic systems tools skills orchestration and enterprise AI enablement
Stay current with ongoing changes and releases across the Microsoft AI ecosystem
