Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with deep expertise in Core Banking systems to lead large-scale transformation and implementation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex multi-year banking programs driving delivery across business and technology teams and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

This role requires leadership across end-to-end program lifecycle stakeholder management at senior levels and successful delivery of core banking initiatives such as system implementations upgrades migrations and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Core Banking transformation programs (implementation migration upgrades)
• Define program strategy roadmap and execution plan aligned with business objectives
• Manage multiple projects/workstreams within the program ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Engage with senior stakeholders (CXOs Business Heads IT Leadership) to drive alignment and decision-making
• Oversee vendor management including core banking platform providers (e.g. Temenos Finacle TCS BaNCS Flexcube)
• Ensure effective risk issue and dependency management across the program
• Drive governance frameworks including steering committees reporting and escalation mechanisms
• Lead business and technology integration ensuring seamless alignment between functional and technical teams
• Oversee data migration testing and cutover planning for core banking systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory security and audit requirements
• Drive change management communication and user adoption strategies
• Monitor and report program performance KPIs and financials

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in banking/financial services with significant exposure to Core Banking systems
• Proven experience managing large-scale transformation or implementation programs
• Strong knowledge of leading core banking platforms such as:
• Temenos
• Finacle
• TCS BaNCS
• Oracle Flexcube
• Expertise in program and project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid)

Strong understanding of:

• Core banking operations (Retail Corporate Payments Lending)
• Data migration and system integration
• Banking regulatory and compliance requirements
• Experience in vendor and stakeholder management at senior levels
• Strong financial and budget management capabilities
