Technical Sales Project Estimator

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Sales Professional with a background in Civil Engineering to support project sales estimating and customer coordination activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while combining technical knowledge customer interaction and project detailing responsibilities.

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with internal sales and production teams to prepare project estimates create technical drawings manage sales orders and assist customers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare project estimates material takeoffs and quotations to support sales opportunities.
• Develop and review technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
• Convert rebar design specifications into Welded Wire Reinforcement solutions.
• Create detailed project documentation and ensure accuracy of material requirements.
• Enter and track sales orders while maintaining organized project records.
• Communicate with customers regarding project specifications timelines and order updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Visit project sites as needed to review project requirements and support customer needs.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel.
• Experience with AutoCAD; 2 years preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or another STEM-related field preferred.

• Experience in manufacturing construction materials estimating or technical sales environments.
• Familiarity with construction drawings structural detailing or reinforcement materials is a plus.
• Comfortable interacting with customers contractors and project teams.
