Location: Jefferson City TN

Position Type: Hybrid - At least three days in-office and one day engaging in community-facing activities

Salary: $75000 - $85000 per year

Primary Function

The primary function of this position is to provide oversight and clinical and leadership development.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead development and implementation of ABHS programming in the East region of Tennessee.

  • Provide oversight and direction for the East Tennessee team at large to support team culture fidelity to KPI metrics quality of client services and promotion of organizational values.

  • Develop leadership of Team Coordinator level positions to effectively support team members and ensure effective realization of program goals and mission; supporting Coordinators to meet assigned tasks and job responsibilities as relevant to their professional development.

  • Build and steward relationships with key community champions and stakeholders supporting effective communication and collaboration through county-specific coalition efforts to increase coordination of care and cross-sector collaboration.

  • Collaborate with fiscal department to engage in budget oversight management and invoices.

  • Complete grant reports as required by associated funding streams for East Tennessee programming.

  • Collaborate with the Systems Advancement team on grant compliance and monitoring of grant deliverables

  • Meet weekly with Executive Leadership to address concerns regarding staff performance to review teams needs for leadership consideration and to engage in strategic vision planning.

  • Support program evaluation CQI process and timely reporting to funding sources as applicable.

  • Engage in interviewing hiring and supporting team members to be their most effective professional selves.

  • Ability to provide clinical supervision and manage a small caseload of outpatient clients preferred.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills reflecting professional knowledge and demeanor in all forms of communication.

  • Ability to build strong rapport with children adolescents and families.

  • Capacity to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.

  • Capability to collect data and engage in appropriate feedback.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Licensure as LPC-MHSP LCSW or equivalent.

  • Masters in Counseling Social Work or related discipline.

  • Experience in providing clinical services for a minimum of 5 years required.

  • Experience in a leadership position for a minimum of 2 years required.

  • Experience with grant writing and program management preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
