NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for an experienced Restaurant Director of Operations / Regional Manager to join our upscale dining team in Los Angeles. This full-time on-site position offers a unique opportunity to lead and elevate our restaurant operations to new heights ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
In this strategic role you will oversee multiple restaurant locations focusing on driving performance implementing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence within our teams. Your expertise will be crucial in managing operations financial performance and customer satisfaction all while aligning with our companys vision for upscale dining experiences. We offer a competitive salary range of $160000 - $180000 annually along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple upscale dining establishments
- Implement and maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance restaurant performance
- Lead train and mentor restaurant management teams
- Analyze financial reports and manage budgets to achieve profitability
- Foster a culture of guest satisfaction and excellence
- Collaborate with marketing to drive sales and brand awareness
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Continuously assess and improve operational processes
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and community partners
Requirements
- 3 years experience as a Director of Operations or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry
- Experience overseeing restaurant operations north of $25M per year.
- Strong understanding of upscale dining and hospitality standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional financial acumen and budget management experience
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Flexibility to travel between locations as needed
