Job Title: Data Warehouse Architect - Hybrid

Job Description:
As a Data Warehouse Architect you will design manage and optimize enterprise data warehouse environments to ensure reliable secure and high performance data processing. You will provide technical leadership across ETL frameworks batch processing and data architecture while supporting cross system integrations and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and data governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support enterprise data warehouse platforms ensuring data availability and reliability.
• Oversee batch processing frameworks and scheduling systems for critical data operations.
• Support code and schema promotion processes including change management and build engineering.
• Administer and enforce security models across data warehouse and ETL environments.
• Conduct data architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting support for complex data warehouse issues.
• Optimize system performance and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
• Manage ETL workflows and integration processes across multiple data sources.
• Develop and maintain documentation runbooks and recovery strategies.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• 8 years of hands on experience with Teradata in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience loading and integrating data from multiple source systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in Linux environments.
• Proven ability to provide technical guidance and support for development teams.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse operations ETL processes and batch frameworks.
• Experience implementing data security access control and compliance practices.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills for complex data environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in team settings.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in government or public sector environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-based BI and data warehouse tools.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
