Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments ensuring a smooth efficient and positive candidate journey.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter portfolios networking events and niche online communities.

  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements draft compelling job descriptions and align on interview scorecards.

  • Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes conduct initial phone/video interviews and coordinate subsequent rounds to assess both technical competence and cultural alignment.

  • Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process including salary negotiations reference checks and delivering a seamless handoff to the onboarding team.

  • Employer Branding: Attend career fairs host networking events and contribute to our social media presence to position our company as an employer of choice.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire source quality).
