KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Channel Expansion and amp; Partner Management
Strategically identify evaluate and appoint dealers distributors and system integrators aligned with Confios brand positioning and growth objectives.
Establish structured onboarding processes and ongoing engagement frameworks to ensure channel partner productivity and long-term retention.
Conduct regular business reviews with key partners to track performance resolve escalations and align on quarterly objectives.
Revenue Generation and amp; Sales Execution
Own and deliver monthly quarterly and annual sales targets for Confios smart home automation product range across the assigned region.
Develop and execute a territory sales plan encompassing both existing account growth and new channel acquisition.
Proactively generate project opportunities across residential commercial and hospitality segments by engaging developers contractors and PMCs.
Product Demonstrations and amp; Technical Presentations
Deliver professional insight-led product presentations and live demonstrations tailored to the needs of channel partners and end customers.
Liaise with the regional pre-sales technical team to coordinate complex demonstrations and proof-of-concept installations.
Maintain a thorough up-to-date knowledge of the Confio product portfolio competitive landscape and smart home industry trends.
CRM Reporting and amp; Forecasting
Maintain a robust and current CRM pipeline covering all active opportunities partner interactions and project-stage tracking.
Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and performance reports to the National Sales Manager.
Leverage CRM data to identify conversion bottlenecks and prioritise high-value opportunities.
Influencer and amp; Ecosystem Engagement
Cultivate relationships with key influencers in the specification community including architects interior designers MEP consultants builders and real estate developers to drive project-level demand for Confio products.
Represent Confio at trade exhibitions industry events and partner forums to strengthen brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Systematically gather and report competitive intelligence to inform pricing positioning and product development decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS and amp; COMPETENCIES
Essential Requirements
58 years of demonstrable channel or B2B field sales experience
Established network within the dealer and system integrator community
Strong commercial acumen with a consistent record of target achievement
Excellent presentation communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce Zoho or equivalent)
Working knowledge of smart home IoT or building automation technologies
Graduate degree in Business Engineering or a related discipline
Advantageous Background
Prior experience with smart home automation or connected living brands
Exposure to premium electrical lighting or AV integration product lines
Existing relationships with architects builders or MEP consultants
Experience operating within structured channel or distribution frameworks
Familiarity with project sales cycles in residential or commercial real estate
