Regional Operations Coordinator
DUCA is looking for aRegional Operations Coordinatorto join our growing team!
Job Purpose & Summary
Working closely with the Regional Vice President the Regional Operations Coordinator supports a variety of administrative clean-up audit and regular reporting activities as well as some Member-facing activities throughout their assigned region. This position is required to resolve questions quickly and collaborate with a variety of teams across DUCA to find answers to time-sensitive matters.
Key Accountabilities & Duties
- As directed complete administrative activities related to compliance and/or audit findings helping to close any gaps in paperwork or information by attending branches within the region to pull paperwork or call Members to confirm or obtain information
- Assist with first-level Member complaints or concerns calling Members to enable problem resolution at the first point of contact
- Review and compile data from multiple sources into accurate reports tracking activities across the region or for specific branches
- Make outbound awareness and service follow-up calls to Members as well as proactive outbound calls to book advisor appointments
- Remain current on DUCA products services operational and risk policies and procedures
- Other projects and administrative duties as assigned
- Work with internal teams (Deposits Estate Administration Marketing etc.) on assigned audit or clean-up activities or to process Member requests
- Attend Regional meetings as required
- deliver exceptionalcustomer service through developing relationships maintaining regular communication and providing timely responses and value-added information to Members
Occupational Experience & Education Requirements
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum of 3 years banking experience Credit Union experience considered an asset
- Knowledge of retail banking products and services knowledge of features and benefits of credit union products and services considered an asset
- Experience with DUCAs Banking System (DNA) Automated Loan Origination System (ASAPP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system considered an asset

- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Loan Originating System (LOS) or other related software considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
Working Conditions
- Normal office environment. Standard work week of 38 hours with additional time may be required to meet deadlines and project deliverables.
- Regular travel to branches in assigned region working from one branch primarily with requirement to travel to other locations

Salary:The annual salary range for this position is $51904 to $64880. Actual annual base salaries will vary depending on relevant job-related factors such as experience knowledge skills qualifications and education/training. This position may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
