My Picture Perfect Life is seeking an experienced self-directed Operations & Programme Delivery Specialist to support structured leadership and personal development initiatives across North America.

This role is suited to mid-to-senior professionals with strong experience in operations programme coordination or project delivery who are looking for a flexible remote working structure within a clear and structured framework.

Key Responsibilities

You will work within established digital systems to support structured operational and programme delivery activities.

• Coordinate and track operational workflows to support programme delivery
• Support structured project and initiative execution across remote teams
• Maintain documentation and ensure accurate tracking of programme activity
• Support communication and coordination across delivery processes
• Work within defined systems to ensure consistent execution of tasks

Candidate Requirements

• 5 years experience in operations programme management project coordination consulting or similar roles
• Experience working within structured corporate environments
• Strong organisational and stakeholder coordination skills
• Comfortable working independently in remote environments
• Proficient with digital tools and structured workflow systems
