What You Will Do:

• Product expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for excavator equipment and technology lines supporting customers and sales teams with informed solutions.
• Market growth: Increase market share and profitability by building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities within your territory.
• Solution development: Evaluate customer fleets and applications to recommend improved equipment solutions develop packages set pricing and negotiate deals.
• Demonstrations and training: Deliver new equipment lead product demonstrations and provide on-site training to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction.

What You Will Need:

• Independent work ethic: Ability to manage a territory prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Sales and market knowledge: Prior sales experience or training with an understanding of local market conditions and customer needs.
• Communication and customer focus: Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills to build long-term relationships.
