We are seeking a People and Culture Administration and Payroll Officer to join our People and Culture team. This role plays a vital part in delivering a seamless high-quality and professional people experience across the organisation.
About The Role:
In this role you will deliver administrative and payroll support across the entire employee lifecycle working closely with leaders employees and the People and Culture team.
Supported by well-established processes the role values initiative sound judgement and attention to detail to ensure our people processes are reliable contemporary progressive and supportive.
Alongside day-to-day administration youll play an important role in contributing to continuous improvement across processes and ways of working with an understanding of how our systems support these processes including investigating data issues and supporting practical solutions. you will also support payroll and system enquiries maintain accurate and confidential information and help deliver a reliable and compliant payroll service.

About You:
You bring care for people along with curiosity and the technical capability to support People and Culture and payroll functions and offer:
- High attention to detail and accuracy particularly in payroll and people-related data
- Well-developed administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Intermediate skills in Excel and confidence working across multiple systems and platforms
- Experience using HRIS and payroll systems including data entry reporting and issue resolution
- The ability to investigate issues ask questions and apply sound judgement to find solutions
- A strong customer-service mindset with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence liaising with employees and leaders at all levels
- Experience contributing to process improvement efficiency or system enhancements
- Payroll experience particularly the ability to investigate and resolve payroll-related matters will be highly regarded

The Detail:
The position is offered on a full-time fixed-term basis until 30 June 2027 and is classified at Level 4 with a starting salary of $94868 Super Annual Leave Loading.
