Continuing Full time (1.0 FTE) Contract

What are the key requirements for the role

Were looking for someone who has:

  • A passion for supporting a diverse multicultural health and medical research institute
  • Proven experience in senior HR roles and leading teams
  • Extensive experience in designing and delivering strategic organisational development initiatives
  • Experience managing complex employment matters including conciliation and mediation
  • Experience in the development of processes policy and procedures
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a small team of staff to deliver high-quality services
  • A talent for building positive relationships working collaboratively and positively influencing workplace culture

  • Base Salary: $131384 - $141337 per annum
  • Total Remuneration Package: $160057 $172035 per annum
  • Generous leave provisions including 6 weeks annual leave
  • Salary packaging up to $15900 per annum plus $2650 meal and entertainment card (tax free)
  • Option to increase superannuation to 14%
